Having a tall stack of bee boxes together presents a likelihood to the wind that may blow them over every time the winds are high and heavy.

Method

If you have a stanchion, it makes your work with the boxes easy since you can strap the boxes right to it and this minimizes the chances of the boxes toppling over due to wind. If the boxes stand alone, you need to put down an anchor or a weight system. Use a twist down yard anchors and shipping straps to hold on the boxes since they are easy to use by putting on and taking off. Add a steel or iron reinforcement where need be by twisting it to the ground with the anchor to uniformly counter the weight from the boxes.
