Affected birds show symptoms like low feed intake, lack of uniformity in chick growth, feather curling, and paleness on skin, feet, wattle, and beak.
Control and management
Always provide birds with organic treats in both feeds and drinking water to reestablish gut bacteria. Also, provide mineral and vitamin supplements to birds and manage poultry houses well. Furthermore, provide mineral and vitamins to birds, regulate house temperatures, and ensure good ventilation. Remove fecal droppings daily to avoid ammonia accumulation, and properly disinfect the brooder. Additionally, disinfect the brooder.
