There are several materials used in preparation of plantlets from cutting and among these include plant cuttings, rooting media, planting pots, soil and white polythene. However it is important to use a white plain sheet under a black net to keep off direct heat and protect plant from sun scorching, usually plants stay in net for 4- 6 months depending on the weather and can be subjected to harsh conditions by introducing them into green net.
Rotting media preparation
