Being highly nutritious for the human health, pineaple processing is done using simple technology by the farmers to fetch high prices in the market. Being rich in antioxidants and nutrients that fight against inflamation, pineapple processing begin by selecting pineapple fruits and wash them with water. Remove inedile part and peal fruits and cut them into smal and uniform pieces and put in suipherdioxide for 10 minutes to prevent enzymatic beowning.

First, drin the water and prepare a solution of heating 500g sugar in a litre of water and add fruit into syrup and hold for 5-6 hours and afer drying, coat pineapple candy with icing sugar and finally pack suitable pineapple candy in containers and store at room temperature.
