Furthermore, pepper powder also acts as a preservative in broiler meat thus increasing meat availability on markets.
Preparation process
To prepare pepper powder start by obtaining good quality pepper and clean them properly, thereafter dry and grind the cleaned pepper into powder. Furthermore, after the preparation process add 1 kilogram of the pepper powder for every 100 kilogram of broiler chicken feeds.
