Lactic acid bacteria are good at breaking down organic materials to release nutrients. Multiplying them makes them important and can be used as a biofertilizer.  To make lactic acid biofertilizer, you need a small 2-liter container thats not made of metal,  a 5-liter container, a cover, and a sieve.

Making bio-fertilizer

The ingredients needed include 250g of rice, 1 liter of non-chlorinated water,  100g of bran, and 4 liters of milk.
Begin by putting 250g of rice in a container and adding 1 liter of water, cover with a cloth and fasten the cloth with an elastic cloth. The cloth prevents the entry of insects but allows the entry of air.
Leave the mixture to stand for 2 to 3 days. Pour the water off the rice and add about 100g of bran to the water and cover with a cloth.
Leave the mixture again to stand for 2 to 3 days, and after the 3 days, use a sieve to separate the bran from the water.
Add 4 liters of milk and once again cover with a cloth and leave for 2 to 3 days.
After this, the biofertilizer will be ready for use but can be stored in a refrigerator or sugar added to store.

Biofertilizer uses

lactic acid bio-fertilizer can be used to improve on quality of compost, fertilize vegetables by spraying it under the leaves and feeding livestock.
Always dilute the mixture in a ratio of 1part lactic acid bactera to 1000 parts of water before use.
