Being highly nutitious rich in vitamins and other micro nutrients for the human health, eggplant farming can be done using simpla technology. Being one of the heat loving plants after peppers, chillis, okra and edamame, eggplants are planted at 0.5m apart and they ned rich soils with a lot of compost. Edamame plant grows 30-40cm high and add soil additives to the garden after planting and they include chicken manure, lime, rock dust and neem tree granules.

Crop management

A farmer should water the garden after applying additives and surround plants with rocks to maintain warm temperatures and prune the plants before fruiting or flowering. Water plants and apply liquid fertilizers and finally add carbon to the crops.
