For better vaccine absorption add a tale soup skimmed milk powder into five litres of water. Dilute vaccine according to instructions on bottom and in this, open vaccine bottle under water.

Divide medicated water into different containers and place in the areas. All diluted vaccines should be given to birds in two hours . Pour remaining vaccines in latrine, wash and clean utensils after vaccination. Vaccinate for every four months and at prevention of the disease always.
