Being highly nutritious for the human health,fish processing is done using simple technology by the farmers to fetch high prices in the market. As you remove scales from fish using a knife, also remove any part from fish which is not needed and wash it using salt and transfer them to room temperature. Squeeze lemons to watr during washing of fish to avoid smell and leave it in water for 10 minutes.

Fish processing

First, rinse first and cut it into desired pieces and dry it with paper towel and add salt to them and add dry pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and place a rack on pan and put oil on it to prevent fish from sticking on it. Similarly, transfer fish to oven and bake at 400 degrees fahrein height for 1 hour on each side and remove dry fish from oven and cool it down and finally store fish well or use it.
