Being highly nutritious for the human health, carrot processing is done using simple technology by the farmers to fetch high prices in the market. Being a good source of beta carotine and antioxidants, the ingredients needed are flour, fat, sugar, eggs, sliced carrots and baking powder. Sugar and fat are mixed in a planetary mixer while eggs are added to mix and sliced carrots and baking powder as well and the mix is done for 5 minutes.

Cake processing

First, put prepared cake butter on trays which are then kept in trolly and put in oven and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade and after baking, trolly is removed from oven and cake is cooled down at room temperature and finally cut cake into uniform pieces.
