Crop management
First, till land to fine tilth stage and make it weed free and level it and under irrigation, blue berry can be grown throughout year and every variety produces 2-4 harvest weekly. 1-2 year plant grown in 1 or 3.5l container should be planted in main field at a spacing of 8cm by 3 m.
Dig holes of 10 inches deep 2 weeks before planting and mix pit soil with compost and add fertilizers that have ammonium sulphate. Water plants immidiately after transplanting and irrigate once a week as blue berries are bush type and grow tems from their crown.
Furthermore, number of productive stems should be 9-12 and thy start fruiting in second or third season of growth and they produce berries once a year.
