Failure to provide sufficient water to birds as well as abrupt changes in feeds lower egg production is it because this causes stress to birds hence less egg production. Always source feeds from reputable suppliers, and provide water to birds at all times to facilitate egg formation processes.  Additionally, also change feeds gradually to avoid stressing the birds and also provide compatible feeding supplements. Furthermore, provide light for 14-16 hours of light daily, isolate broody hens from the flock, and feed chicken extra proteins for faster egg growth hence controlling stress among layer birds.
